BUYER BEWARE

If you are one of the millions of people starting out in internet marketing, you may or may not have been exposed to Traffic Exchanges. Much has been written about Traffic Exchanges. Writings explaining exactly what traffic exchanges are and what they are supposed to provide. If you are not familiar with Traffic Exchanges, it would be wise to research the information on the internet regarding this topic to learn all that you can. I won’t recreate what has already been written about Traffic Exchanges. Instead, I will shed some light on the truth about what Traffic Exchanges are supposed to provide. First and foremost, in my opinion, all Traffic Exchanges are not the same in what they provide the members. I have joined many Traffic Exchanges and found out first hand that some exchanges do not provide what they are supposed to. An example of this is a Traffic Exchange that has you (the member) reviewing other people’s web sites, splash pages, banners, text ads, etc. and not rotating your material to other members. When you review other people’s web sites, splash pages, banners, text ads, etc., you are receiving surfing credits that will allow your material to be shown to other members. When your material is not put into rotation, you are amassing an incredible amount of credits that can only be used at that particular Traffic Exchange and for the purpose of showing your material. There are some exchanges that will allow you to convert your surfing credits to banner impressions or text ad impressions. My personal experience with those types of Traffic Exchanges has not yielded me any results in getting my website, banners and text ads viewed by other members. If the Traffic Exchange is not providing you the results you were expecting, it would be wise to cancel your account with that exchange and put focus on those exchanges that are delivering the desired results. To the left of this post, you will see the list of my traffic exchanges. These exchanges have proven, so far, to me that my sites are in rotation. I am getting traffic to my sites. Stay tuned for more tips on Traffic Exchanges.
